Wrist pain is one of my major problems, esp on the computer.
I'll have to try this...

On the scarf...are you generally cold? I find that I can relax my shoulders more in a turtle neck (i wear tneck sweaters allllllll winter, even here in SoCal. I don't have that drafty feeling in them. When I get cold I tend to scrunch up my shoulders.
