Ortho-Bionomy
You can find additional information at*edit*
Orthobionomy is a gentle, non-invasive, clothes-on form of bodywork that is effective at reducing chronic and acute pain, increasing flexibility and relaxing the whole body. We work in a cooperative manner with clients to support the self-corrective tendencies of their proprioceptive sense, by engaging it with light compression/tension, movement, touch and re-education pieces. It is the client’s body that is the guide, as our overall guiding principle is to provide pain-relief WITHOUT causing pain and to always move into comfort.
I have not worked with someone diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, but there is nothing to contraindicate the use of Ortho in this instance, in fact, it would most certainly be worth trying. You can find more information and a practitioner listing for your area at the above link.
