Looks pretty good to me , I see he shows a version of the foam roll use too.

It would have been better if they actually showed him using the wall so people could see how much pressure/force he is using, or not using..

One thing I would suggest depending on how you are doing w/ symptoms/pain is- don't over do or try to muscle through anything new. Even if it feels good while doing it you have to remember about the delayed pain response.
It isn't worth starting up a flare or set back.


In one of the comments below the video he says this too-
[See the best PT or physio in your area who can manipulate your first rib. Call and ask beforehand...as not all PTs will do this.

Thoracic outlet or elevated first rib (this is under your collar bone at neck level) can put pressure on the C8 nerve root and ulnar nerve (causing the pinky symptoms).]
