I have had a Left Temporal Lobe lesion that affects my behavior. I don't "hear" what the context of a message is sometimes, like my brain hears it the way it wants too lol which causes lots of communication issues with friends. I beat myself up daily until one day my Dr explained that I have a left temporal lobe lesion due to MS and being injured very young, so between the two not clear what exact cause is but do know the results of mine. Just "listen" to his heart, hold him close, and if you think he maybe overreacting or acting odd remember the lesion and hold him tight. When this happens if folks withdraw the person who suffers with the lesion feels hopeless. Give that guy hope and love and I think you will be just fine.
