Hi!
I am flyng to San Franscico with my host family tomorrow for one week. I am looking forward to that but I am also really afraid. In the last weeks I havemade a slight recovery. Little tiny but at least it's smt. We will do a lot of things in SF and my hosts told me that we'll hike and walk a lot. I am so afraid that this will set me back for weeks and that I have to wait several months to recover from that. Has anyone experience with that?
