I do these. I especially like the ulnar nerve one. I do one that is similar to the 2nd one that Dr. Ando gave me When I tried the 3rd one it is pretty tight I may add that. Ive been doing them every day for 9 months and it may help with all the exercises combined, but it is not a cure. I also lay on the roller but mine is soft and a whole one. My favorite is still laying on the roll to mobilize my ribs.
You just need to be really careful not to over stretch. it feels good while you ae doing it but can cause flares. Start really slowley-so I say GO!
