its weird bc i can do the head turning ones

which i did not think i would be able to do at all, right? i would think those would flare up you guys too

but i can do those pretty good/consistently, might be a little tingling at most but it goes away

whereas the ones with my arm straight/flexed wrist, it feels like my wrist is going to rip in half, without even turning my head.

i dont get it
