I know about what you are experiencing. I was dx'd yesterday with bi-polar. The mood swings all my life, have now got some kind of answer. It is OK to vent here, as there are many of us, that have these mood disorders. There are alot of different triggers. I don't mean to yell either, but it happens and I just could not control my temper. You will find some good people here, and we will all support you. I hope that a doctor will take the time to find out what is happening to you. I started several medications yesterday. I wish you all the best. ginnie
