There are many of us here on NT. with what is called mood disorders. I was just dx's friday as bi-polar. I am 61 and f, and have been like this most of my life. I just didn't know what was wrong until I tolk my PCP about these horrible mood swings. You need to tell your PCP about this. It's OK to vent here, but try to seek help.
