Default Thanks you guys

Thank you. It is comforting to know I am not alone and you guys understand. I am sorry you all are suffering this though. Here's a hug for you all

Mark, I find it helps to read and hurt my brain less to space lines like you do. I am going to do that now.

I did go lie down in a dark place and just rested and it did help. Thanks for that advise. I think I am just going to have to do that every day.

I have to take the clonazepam because it is the only med that helps with the REM sleep behavior disorder. That has to be kept under control. The neurologist told my pain dr to prescribe these. I have tried nerontin and it aggravates seizure and sleep disorder. I can't take any ani-depressants or muscle relaxants as it does the same and I have bad reaction.

I don't have a psych dr yet. I have an appt on the 25th for the neuropsychological exam so they may be able to help me with that. I was just diagnosed with this by neurologist. I was just diagnosed with chronic pain before and thought these other problems were from constant pain. Now I see that is not right. I do have pain but all this other stuff is from having 6 concussions. The last one being a total knockout in MVA.

Sorry for the meltdown. I am grateful to all of you for the support. Lots of love to you all. Cause you know love heals.
