Wishing you all the best - no matter what, I hope you get some answers soon. Limboland is not a good place to be.
I remember being devasted (that it was MS), relieved (that it wasn't something much worse), terrified (because I didn't know what the future held, and I was pretty messed up MS-wise at that time) and validated (because finally I didn't feel like a hypochondriac - and it explained so much over such a long time) all at once when I got my diagnosis.
I imagine this would sound similar to many others on here - although we are all affected in different ways, and to different degrees.
Please let us know how you get on, and know that there is lots of support here for you.
