Oh no! I can't find the vid or link- I thought I copied it in. Will keep looking for it.

Just a PT that suggested
Back sleepers-sleeping with pillows under your arms to help release shoulders- never arms over head
Tummy sleepers tuck something into crook of neck to make more room and not squish down the neck to thoracic area
Side sleepers- place pillow between knees, but also put arms out to side away from you ate right angle, and lean back, not straight on, but opening up rib cage.

I hope that makes sense. I have been working on it and it helps. Also a memoryfoam travel pillow that I move around when restless.
