I watched the video and it is very informative. I have found that a Sobakawa pillow, (the microbead type & comes in different sizes)) is a type of pillow that forms into the void that sometimes regular pillows create. Because I can not lay on my operative side at all, I hug a pillow & also try to "lay back against other pillows" but find I still will wake up in pain because, of course, the tendency to "fall forward" happens when asleep. Not having the variety of different sleeping positions is so awful.
