Hello Joan. It is nice to meet you. How are you? Thank you very much for saying that. It is very nice to hear. It helps to hear that from others. It is very hard. Sometimes I think I can't do it, but then I believe in hope and faith and think positive, and then I know I can do it. I might have to take a "time out" and it doesn't matter how long it takes, but I will keep moving forward. I will survive this and I will be strong! It is good to express your feelings about your pain. I am sorry that they don't understand how you feel, alot of people don't understand us. But you can find people who do and it is important. There are lots of caring people on here that give great advice! It is important to find support groups. There are some on Facebook. I made a page, it is called Support for CRPS-RSD and there are others too. Try to see if there are some in your area too. If not online ones are still good. I know that you are strong too! You can do this! You can do anything you set your mind to, just believe in yourself. I know it is easier said than done, but you can do it.
