Default Brain mri results

I haven't had a chance to discuss these results with my doc but I'm very curious as to what they mean. I'm a 29y/o M, in good shape and good health. I was being seen for possible secondary hypogonadism and had
an MRI on my pituitary and brain done last Thurs. The results state:
1. Sulcal prominence over the cerebellum as described and prominent cerebellar folia consistent with age inappropriate atrophy
2. Mass effect on the cerebellum as described likely representing a posterior arachnoid cyst
3. Increased CSF space surrounding the brain stem
4. Normal pituitary

Anyone know what these finding indicate (other than number 4)
