Thanks Mark,
I will keep myself up till 10 because if I go to sleep at 9pm I will wake up at 5am for some reason and then I am wore out by noon.

The level of paperwork and calls is intense!I AM DOING ALL THE WORK TO GET TO CORRECT MDs. I am my caregiver I have know one else(my parents are taking care of my daughter),so with that being said I do everything for myself!

When I say I try to keep busy I mean that I will do crafts, color, paint, read, clean, walk the dog etc to keep myself from getting total lackadaisical and to occupy my mind on positive things. I am a few months away from 2 years and since I got medication I have felt better then the last time I can remember. I have noticed a lot of cognitive changes for the better with the rest but I will wake up and am productively good for anywhere to 4-6hours with or without doing anything.

I take my vitamins, eat good, walk, rest and feel pretty good except this fatigue....Any suggestions on a vitamin I might try taking more of to get energy?

What level of intensity is there to your paperwork and phone calls ?

Why do you try to keep busy ?

If you are ready to go to sleep at 9 pm, why are you waiting until 10 pm ?

You might need to find less stressful activities to keep busy with. If the paperwork requires a lot of reading and comprehension, it can cause fatigue. My wife made me cancel the morning newspaper because reading it would exhaust me so I needed a 2 hour nap.

You might try to limit any task to 15 minutes with a 10 minute break before starting another task. Early in my recovery, I had a number of tasks that I switched between during the day. It will help if you try to recognize signs of fatigue.

For example, if you are reading, if you need to reread a line or sentence, you brain has likely hit a fatigue threshold. Any time you feel like you are getting the slightest bit glassy eyed, stop, take a break and move to something else. If you catch yourself staring at a page, the wall, or anything, it is another sign of fatigue.

If you need to work to find your words, take a break. Pushing through these points is not productive for recovery.

My best to you.
