I am tardy in welcoming you Peppermint.
You could start by getting some healthier snack items, like sun flower seeds or pumkin seeds, almonds, rice cakes. Carrots and celery to crunch on.
Kashi has a great high fiber ceral to snack on as well.
I can't really keep junk food in the house because I would eat it. although I still have 2 boxes of girl scout cookies unopened.
