Hi SomeUserName,

What you are describing sounds like audio sz. meaning that certain sounds are triggering the sz.
In regards to hearing voices this could be a simple partial (aura) sz. I often will hear one word repeated over and over again when this happens to me and then I go into an absence (petit mal) or complex partial sz.
Darlene gave you some great advice in regards to seeing an Epileptologists they can be a big help to people who have epilepsy because they understand it much better and know how to control it very good with AED's (sz.meds).
Cut back on caffeine also. Sometimes autism can lead to epilepsy along with the other following things that can cause epilepsy: heart problems, drug & alcohol abuse, trama, difficulty at birth, lack of oxygen, brain tumor, scar tissue
on the brain, a bad blow to the head, concussion or a bad scare. I wish you the best of luck and May God Bless You!
Sue
