I did 18 minutes on the bike at the gym earlier. But it seemed to make my anxiety worse. Tonight I have am having chest pains -- I only get these about once a year.
Tomorrow the meeting is far away/long communte at 9:30 am. Hubby just came in and asked me when I was going to bed. I dunno.
I bought a chocolate cake after the gym and ate 3/4 of it within a very short period of time. That probably didn't help the anxiety.
My sister says if I can't handle the meeting tomorrow I should just tell them I have to leave and then come home. I will do that. It's just that this is an important meeting and there are only 5 of us and so forth. Maybe I should have been upfront and asked to be excused...
I need a rest.
Believe it or not, I am doing my best to pace myself and think about being able to relax.
