Not sure if this is where to post this but will try
I have just had my second shoulder surgery in 8 months first ortho which didn't take and was only able to lift my arm about chest high and no more second was in Jan 2013 they cut open to re-attach and did a manipulation and had nerve block both times, and now there is no sensation or ability to lift the arm at all or flex my trap muscles can move the arm with pt help or my own and freely move elbow down but if arm is just at my side it is like the switch is turned off for the signal to lift it could this be from nerve block?? or other really worried at this point. Jay I am 52 but fit and trim and healthy and stay flexible
