Thank you for your reply. yes you could be right, maybe its a cycle thing.
Are you finding the meditation is helping you ?
Yes my anxiety was really bad at about 4 months, my doctor refered me to I Talk, (in uk its nhs phone therapy). it was really good and helped me a lot to reduce my anxiety levels.I did this until Beginning of January.
I also go to yoga, which I started just before Xmas, this has helped with my breathing and we also do meditation. I will try to more of this, as you say I think this will help.
I have a warm soak in the bath most nights with candles and a cup of chamomile tea, its heaven xx and does help a little.
Guess as with everything this PCS takes its time to heal, we have to respect that and accept it.
Are you finding your symptons are improving now at 8 months ?
