Yes I find the meditation helpful for some things. It's not a cure all but it helps! Sounds like you have relaxing down to a fine art! I find my symptoms have been slowing improving but right now some things are a bit worse. If I look back 4 months or so I've definitely come a long way but I feel I'm only at about 55% of my former self so I still have a long way to go.
