This is a timely post for me. I too am not diagnosed although I believe the main consensus is that I "just have anxiety." Anywho, I too have felt decent for most of the week. The fatigue hangs around and a few other little things but they haven't been quite as bothersome. However, last night the stiffness came back and this morning my feet are numb and I just feel off. I know this doesn't help with your question but I can say I get where your coming from!
