Nope.... it is below the currently accepted level of 400pg/ml.

You'll need to start methyl B12 orally on an empty stomach ASAP.

Labs in US and some other countries go down to 200 or 180, and that is really outdated, as of 2003, when doctors started getting continuing ed on the subject. At those low levels, people can have various neurological problems and those may continue and
worsen to a very serious point of damage.

5mg a day for 3 months of methylcobalamin, on an empty stomach, and get retested. Stop the vitamin for 7 days before the test. You should be at least at 1000pg/ml.
