You could talk to your doctor about natural ways to improve insomnia. I would bet that Mrs. D. would have some suggestions too. Dr. Oz has talked about it. If it involves any supplements, however, you need to talk to your doctor before even taking Melatonin!
Do you have PTSD, by any chance? Some people with PTSD, me included, have a hard time getting to sleep. If this is the case, you might need to see an expert to help with that. I know Pred can cause insomnia but don't rule out other causes or ways to help it.
Insomnia is not good for MG, so I hope you can figure out things to help you get back to a normal schedule.
