Can you tell us the results of your tests to this point (if you are comfortable doing that)?

Neuropathy has so many potential causes the work-ups are often long and expensive, assuming you can find a doctor willing to be as comprehensive as needed, and not always fruitful (many do end up being idiopathic). And symptoms them stem from the central nervous system--brain and spinal cord--can absolutely mimic those that come from peripheral nerve.

Still, two big sources of information you should be aware of--
