ugg I went and typed out my test results and little more about me and the log in had timed out and nothing saved. pretty much the only thing high was M-spike in aug it was 1.2 g/dl and now in Jan it was 1.0 g/dl.

I suspect it will not amount to anything but a spike and will be either MGUS or nothing.I think m-spike will come down with 100% elimination of gluten. I also think the PN will improve without gluten.

You dont find a lot about M-spike apart from the M Mylemoma,but i have read a lot of stuff about how M-spikes happen for reasons that are not so serious.
