Yes I do feel relieved afterwards, like a big load has been taken off me, its like a pressure baloon has burst. maybe as you say it's the bodies way of sorting things out. I will try to look upon it as a possitive thing. I've just got back from Zumba and feel much better now, gosh I really hate this pcs..

Thanks for your input,I will speak to my Dr to see about my hormones levels, had not thought of this before. I've not had any chiro work done but how does the rubber band work ? sounds interesting.
