I am s pain sufferer and recently lost 40lbs. It wasn't easy since I am basically confined to a recliner for most of my day. I recently went to a neurologist who prescribed Lyrica. She also recommended I lose weight. I informed her of my recent weight loss but admittedly I am still obese. I have nit filled the script because if the weight gain side effect.

What can any of you tell me about Lyrics? Is it effective? Weight gain? Vivid dreams or nightmares? What about Savella? It has way less percentage of weight gain as side effects. Just wondering how it is for pain relief.
