electrocuted, you should look into ketamine infusion. It can completely stop all of the pain permanently. 50% of people with PN or RSD who did it became pain free for 3+ years. I think that is the best option to try to be honest, but the next option is having the nerves injected with an agent that stops them from sending signals (they are dead). It is better to lose the sensory nerves in your feet than to lose your life.
By the way, Why don't you use opioids, or tramadol/cymbalta, or all those other alternatives??
You really should get tramadol or cymbalta, they help with depression and pain. If they don't work, try to find a doctor willing to prescribe amphetamines. They actually help a lot with pain and depression also.
