Default Does anyone know what kind of dr to go to

My cousin has become very, very sick. We do not know what is wrong with her but she seems to be near death. She has seen a neurologist, internal specialist, infectious disease doctor. She has had lots of different testing and the only thing they have found is that she is having seizures. She has migraine headaches, fatigue and her voice is almost gone. She has a very soft squeaky voice now. All her joints hurt. They thought for awhile that she had picked up some terrible disease as she became sick after going to the Bahamas. She is going to have her breast implants removed on Tuesday as she thinks maybe she is being poisoned by them or something. She used to have very dark skin from tanning all the time and now her skin has lost its color and is very pasty. She did sustain a jaw injury while in the Bahamas. I saw her last in July before her trip and jaw injury and I barely recognized her. She had that look to me back than of someone who is extremely sick and has been for a long time. No one thought she looked bad until after this trip to the Bahamas but I think she was sick way before this. As I am sick myself and suffering I can recognize it in others. Where could we go to get some answer for her? I am afraid she does not have much time left. We need like a Dr. House. Someone who can figure out problems that other doctors cannot. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you so much,
Brain
