Mine is Work Comp, and is so far ongoing for 2.5 years, long and tedious.......employer has even denied doing somethings the Commission has already decided they should do.......so its the lawyers.
While I go through what I am going through with the evolution of my symptoms and having them to "approve" evaluations on any new developments .... which they have so far.....as well as my Neurologist directing care and referrals from "our" side.

Current: Changes of more insomnia, new reviews with findings of more Depression, tremors, vertigo, tinnitus, loss of focus, fatigue; SSDI - accepted on Depression, Cognitive Deficits; Seizures ruled out, mTBI changes including cognitive slowing/lapses.
Medication update: Topamax 200mg twice daily it seems to minimize daily headaches to a 1-2/10 quality(I still know they are there); and acute headaches erupt without warnings.
