I'm very new to all of this neurothapy talk. And I just wonder if there are worse forms of neurothapy than others? I know if you don't manage it then it can lead to bad consequences. But I just wonder are all causes and types the same consequences, are there any of them that are reversible, or any that won't result in a disability? I wonder all this because I'm just 26 and graduating college and want to know what to expect. It's a very scary topic but I just want to know what challenges I may be facing or what steps to take to avoid them.
