If you need to read a document, try using text to speech and closing your eyes. Most computers have text to speech. In Windows, it is usually under Accessories in the program list.

That's a really great idea. Right now at work I'm doing a lot of data entry, so it doesn't involve a ton of reading...But it's a great idea for when I do have to read.
