Default Today went a lot better!

Very little headache, no nausea! I made a point to go home and meditate for 1/2 hour afterward, which really helped, I think. I also stayed off the computer all day.

I was diagnosed with convergence insufficiency--apparently severe, accomadative insufficiency, pursuit eye movement deficit, saccadic eye movement deficit, egocentric visual midline shift, lack of coordination (lol!), photophobia, central-peripheral visual integration deficit, and visual information processing delay. The therapy I am doing involves laying on a rotating table with a light over my face--the color of the light changes depending on the day. I'm on the table for an hour, with a break in the middle during which I do some eye exercises. This lasts for 12 days, after which I take a light box home with me. It is intense, but the doctor seems to really know what he is doing and my physical therapist says she's had patients have excellent results, so I am hopeful!

Cyclecrash, I hope you get to see someone soon!
