Lou, google "oromandibular dystonia" - is this similar to what you have? I have had this twice in the past 4 years and it lasted for 3-4 months then went away each time - drove me crazy. There's a YouTube video of a patient with this condition and his treatment. I tried hypnosis which worked sort of the first time...
