I used to eat/drink kefir when I worked at the health food store. I knew it had more beneficial bacterial than traditional yogurt, but didn't know that it could help with some symptoms I have. So far my tummy is handling it well. :-)

Hi Featherbullet, the first one I would suggest would be Kelly Howell. She has a website which is her name .com. She has all different meditation CD's. Take a look at the site and see if any of them may be for you. Her voice is very soothing.
