Thank you. That makes me feel much more comfortable about not being anywhere near the point of having my rights taken away and locked up. I have been worried about it.
Yes the ideas you gave to help brain problems are right on. I always go to bed before 9:00. Hell I am exhausted by 7:00. At least I am getting some more sleep. I am able to sleep for 5-6 hours straight whereas before I was only able to sleep for a few hours at a time due to pain. Ever since I have been sleeping through the night mostly I feel like I can do more during the day and actually want to do things. So I take that as a good sign.
I think you are right about the testing. It will help so I can get the correct treatment and hopefully get approved for disability. That would take a big load off my mind.

Had MVA in 2006 resulting in post concussive syndrome manifested by cognitive impairment, chronic pain/ fatigue. Chronic pain of head, neck, back, left leg.
Other problems include REM sleep behavior disorder, nocturnal frontal lobe epilepsy, chronic migraines associated with nausea/vertigo, episodes of passing out, hypoglycemia, liver dysfunction (had accidental overdose of acetaminophen in 2009) had liver and kidney failure, hernia, degenerative disc disease with compression of nerve root, PTSD, and other problems associated with functioning problems from traumatic brain injury (light, sound sensitive, easily overloaded, easily distracted, cannot focus, anxiety problems etc.)
