Please get a blood test to check your thyroid. It is common for people with MG to come down with Graves disease, which is another autoimmune disease (your immune system attacks your thyroid gland and sends it into hyperdrive). Restlessness, insomnia, heart pounding, sweating, and especially racing thoughts are typical symptoms.

Stick your tongue out and look in the mirror. Is it trembling? That's another symptom. If you hold your hands out, palms down, you might also notice a fine tremor.

A flare of Graves is said to make MG worse. It can also make muscles weak on its own. That could account for the falling down. I'm not diagnosing you--it could be something else--but I'm suggesting that you have your thyroid levels checked.
