I am in Minnesota and am looking for good advice for doctors, support groups therapists etc.
I slipped and fell five months ago and am suffering from lots of pcs symptoms. It is a workers comp case and up until about a month ago I was getting little to no care. I started going to the national dizzy and balance center a few weeks ago. They detected central nervous deficits. I am also going to noran neurology and I am scheduled for a neuro psych test late April.
