This has NOTHING to do with your arm.

The neural foramen are the holes that the nerves pass thru to get to the spinal cord.

The perineural root sleeve which is just beyond the foramen, has a cyst. So this is all spinal related.

Talk to your doctor about this. Usually cysts are benign and nothing to be too terribly worried about but you SHOULD talk to your doctor. Hugs, Lee
