Default Impairment Rating

Hi,
I know this can have a severe impairment rating. I am in process of showing "evidence" so I can get on disability as I am unable to work. I think Workers Comp will assign you a disability rating but I sure would not let them do it without bringing your own evidence from a private neurologist, MRI, I am even undergoing Neuropsychological testing as this can give much evidence to how badly you are hurt and to what extent you are able to function.
There is a section on here for people with workers comp questions, someone on there would probably know. Try to find someone who has been through the process.
Good luck. Hope this helped a bit.
