MiaVita,

I too saw my neurospychologist again yesterday, and it is very helpful, so I am pleased that you are getting this help. The key thing that I am learning is that people with PCS have raised anxiety and arousal levels, subsequently emotional issues take the form of physiological issues. In my case these have been headaches, light/noise sensitivity, muscle tension, fatigue, tinnitus, numbness, insomnia, but many others previously. In my case anti anxiety medication is helping reduce the emotional-physiological cycle. As I have become more relaxed, focus less on my symptoms, do the things that help relax me, and avoid triggers, so to the physiological symptoms are reducing. The most important thing to bear in mind is that this is a temporary condition, good luck in your recovery.
