So finding the culprit is important to recovery. Avoidance
of whatever is causing this is also very important.
Gluten is a prime culprit. But others like citrus, could be a problem too. Something you had for breakfast regularly may be the actual cause. Orange juice? Some kind of carb with a gluten base? Coffee? All of these can cause food allergy or intolerances.
