Hi, I remember when I came to this sight I was so worried that my life was over. I had went on a cocaine binge in August last year and my nerves were messed up. I found this sight and got a lot of support from everybody (especially Mrs. D:-)). I had the electrical zaps going up my legs and I was tingling really bad. I gathered up all the information I could from on here, did extensive research, seen my dr.s, and figured out the right vitamin regimen for me. I learned all about vitamins on here and it was very helpful. Now, i'm tingle free and feel better than ever!!! It took some months, but i'm healing nicely! Haven't touched cocaine since then and I learned my lesson. I still struggle a bit with getting a beer once in a while, but I'm trying to even stop doing that. To everyone out there never give up. Thank you.
