Two shots.... one on each side of the spine.

Did nothing for the pain in my legs but my back is killing me and I have one heck of a headache!!!!!

My rules when I left the doc was to go home go to bed put a heating pad on and not move too much. Mom finally found the heating pad after dinner....it helped a little but I think it was too late. It hurts to sit and walk!!!

Well I'm off to bed....gonna try the heating pad again....hope I don't fall asleep with it on.
