I am concerned about the low sodium. This is not common, but some drugs do cause this. It is called hyponatremia.
SSRI antidepressants, some opiates, Tegretol and Trileptal,
diuretics, and some kidney/brain problems with anti-diuretic hormone control (low vasopressin).
