What you describe sounds more like paresthesias, which are not really PN, but symptoms of imbalance of electrolytes.
I have the Slow Mag - just two, twice a day like it says on the box? I hope it's cheaper at Walmart than at Rite Aide, where I just happened to find it today because I was going in that direction. Once again, thank you for responding to my post
