I am delighted to say I just walked 2 miles, just have a mild headache, so things looking up. Symptoms have been greatly reduced all week, even though I have been more active than ever. Had my first day yesterday with minimal noise/light sensitivity, and that didn't come until 830pm when I was tired. I am going to keep up with this walking and step up the pace over the coming weeks. Will be back at work soon.
