After my walk, I swam 6 lengths yesterday evening. Just done another 2 miles this morning up and down hills on the road with trainers on, and will swim another 6 lengths tonight. I have a bit of fullness in my head and very sore legs, but that's it so far, other symptoms are going and staying away. Previously I couldn't have walked this far, and even at half the distance would have made myself ill for several days.
